1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Refunds or returns may be requested if:

• The product was purchased directly from AwSUM or an authorized distributor.
• The claim is filed within 60 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, or defective.
• The request complies with AwSUM’s Product ‘Warranty’ and ‘Terms and Conditions’.

2. Warranty Requirements

Claims must include:

• Proof of operation under manufacturer specifications.
• Maintenance records aligned with AwSUM recommendations.
• Documentation confirming product compatibility and proper usage.

3. Exclusions

Refunds or returns are not granted for:

• Use in defective equipment or negligence.
• Normal wear or unrelated damage.
• Products mixed or repackaged with unauthorized additives or third-party products.

4. Refund Process

   • $150 restocking fee may apply.
